Features

Everything about a situation, in one place.

Nine features available in the application, one by one: what they are for, how they work in three steps and what they do not do.

From a document to your next step

One possible journey, to adapt to your situation.

  1. 01

    Gather

Add the document you received or your question to a case. Keep the original so you can compare it.

  2. 02

    Check

Review passages, amounts and dates against the document and, where needed, the responsible source.

  3. 03

    Prepare

Note what is missing, track a due date or draft a letter that you review before taking the next step.

Nine features that work together

Every feature already exists in the application. Each section shows how it works and what it does not do.

Document analysis

Add a letter, invoice or contract as a PDF, photo, Word or Excel file. Zelnest reads the text, even on a photo, finds amounts, dates and references, then suggests questions to ask and a next step.

1. Add the document

Drag it or choose it, then file it in a new case, an existing case or My due dates.

2. Zelnest reads it

PDF text is taken as it is; a photo or scan is read optically, page by page.

3. You see what matters

Type of document, parties, amounts, dates, points to check and a possible next step, with the original passages.

Limits

A reading can contain errors, especially on a blurry photo. Zelnest does not say whether an amount is owed or whether a legal deadline applies. Compare with the original and ask a professional before an important decision.

Cases, groups and categories

A case brings together the documents, notes, letters, emails and steps of one situation. You file your cases in groups and categories, like a cabinet and its drawers.

1. Create a case

Give it a name and a type, or create it straight from a document or from emails.

2. Add what belongs to it

Documents, notes, suppliers or creditors, letters and steps.

3. Find everything

Search across the whole application and filter by group and category.

Limits

Zelnest files nothing and merges no case unless you choose to. Deleting a case does not touch your due dates or the payments you entered.

Letters and signed PDFs

Prepare a letter from a document or a blank page. Format it, add your signature and keep the final version as PDF in the case.

1. Choose the step

Request for supporting documents, breakdown of charges, reasoned dispute, payment plan proposal or a letter of your own.

2. Write and review

The text stays editable and is saved automatically. You add a text or handwritten signature.

3. Finalise as PDF

Preview, download and, if you decide to, sending from your own mailbox.

Limits

Zelnest sends nothing without your confirmation and does not guarantee the legal effect of a letter. A signature image is not a certified electronic signature.

Due dates, payment plans and reminders

Follow your invoices and expenses, one-off or recurring, private or business. Zelnest shows you, year by year, what is paid, what remains to pay and the next due date.

1. Add a due date

Amount, rhythm, first date and, if you wish, the document and the supplier.

2. Follow the year

Total, already paid, remaining, overdue and next date, by group and category.

3. Organise payments

An accepted payment plan, instalments you mark as paid and an email reminder before a date.

Limits

Zelnest makes no payment and cancels no contract. An instalment marked as paid is your statement, not bank proof.

Support in your country and next steps

Zelnest helps you explore some support schemes in Belgium. France, Luxembourg and the United Kingdom are examples of countries under consideration. Zelnest does not yet offer a search for those countries, and coverage is unconfirmed. Check the conditions with the responsible organisation before applying.

1. Describe your situation

In the application, enter details that may help find possibilities. An answer does not confirm that you qualify.

2. Check the source

Read the conditions and dates on the responsible organisation's website. Information shown by Zelnest may be incomplete.

3. Prepare your application

Gather your documents and questions. Check the form and process with the responsible organisation.

Limits

The list is not complete. Zelnest does not guarantee eligibility, an amount or a deadline, and does not apply for you. Only the responsible organisation decides.

Lucie, the AI assistant

Lucie is designed to help examine information you choose to share. Check her answers against your documents and the sources.

1. Choose information

In the application, you choose what to share for the conversation. That choice stays in place for later messages; new documents are not added automatically.

2. Ask your question

Lucie uses the shared context to prepare an answer. Sometimes she may not be able to answer.

3. Check the answer

An answer may be incomplete or wrong. Return to your documents and the sources before taking action.

Limits

Lucie does not replace a professional. Her answers are not legal or administrative decisions. Checking references does not guarantee a correct or complete answer.

Email import and reply tracking

Bring your email exchanges into the right case, with their attachments, and see when a reply arrives.

1. Choose the source

.eml files or your connected mailbox, read-only.

2. Select the messages

Review the selection and remove what does not belong to the case before confirming.

3. Follow the replies

With your permission, replies to known threads are detected; a doubtful case is put to you.

Limits

Zelnest does not change your mailbox and sends no email automatically. The same address is not enough to link a message to a case.

Four languages, accessibility and mobile

Use Zelnest in French, Dutch, German or English, on a computer or a phone.

1. Choose your language

It applies to the interface, to Lucie and to reading documents.

2. Read in your language

An indicative translation of documents, with the original always available.

3. Use it everywhere

Layout for small screens, keyboard navigation and installation as an app.

Limits

Translation is indicative: the original prevails. Accessibility has not yet been fully audited.

Security and privacy

Zelnest aims to protect your cases. In the application, you choose what information to share with Lucie.

1. Open your space

The application requires sign-in to access cases.

2. Choose what to share

Before a conversation with Lucie, you choose the initial information. If you decide to change that sharing, the application asks you to review your choice again.

3. Check before acting

Review the documents and suggestions. No security measure removes every risk.

Limits

No system is infallible. This website does not give access to cases. Check how information and backups are handled, and how long they are kept, in the applicable privacy information.
