Scope

These terms cover all of Zelnest: the public website, the account-free trial, free accounts, cases and documents, analyses, Lucie, assistance, letters, deadlines, notifications and paid subscriptions. They apply to consumers and businesses. The Privacy policy and Cookies page supplement them. Visiting the site or creating an account does not place a paid order.

What Zelnest does

Depending on the Pack associated with your account, the application allows you to:

  • sort and follow cases, documents, groups and categories;
  • read documents (PDFs and images), extract amounts, dates and points to check from them, and translate them;
  • manage bills, expenses, deadlines, payment plans and reminders;
  • produce the sourced analysis of a case: points checked with their source, estimate of chances and confidence level, possible savings;
  • prepare letters and, if you decide so, send them through your linked mailbox or the configured Zelnest channel, then follow the replies and their attachments;
  • import documents by email into a document inbox;
  • ask Lucie, the AI assistant, questions within a case or in general;
  • discover possible assistance in Belgium and prepare relevant procedures and forms, without automatically submitting them to an authority;
  • receive notifications in the application and by email;
  • produce a PDF case file to hand to a lawyer of your choice.

What Zelnest is not

Zelnest is neither a law firm nor a lawyer: it does not give individualised legal advice and does not decide in place of any authority. The analyses, estimates of chances and confidence levels are aids calculated from the documents provided and the sources indicated; they may be incomplete or inaccurate and must be checked before you act. Zelnest sends no letter in your place without your action and does not offer, to date, either electronic registered mail or the services of a legal professional or a lawyer.

Trial without an account

The trial begins when you choose a document and give the consent displayed in the module. The document is sent to the application for the requested analysis. The result may be partial or unavailable; the limits and the duration of the process are 5 pages and 5 MB at most, in PDF, JPG, PNG format, with the document and result kept for 24 hours at most and then deleted automatically; the number of trials per day may be limited. A trial does not create any paid entitlement. If you then create an account, you can carry the result over into a case without uploading the document again, during the retention period.

Account and access

To create an account, you provide an email address, a password and your language, and accept the terms, then confirm your address through a link valid for 24 hours. First and last names are requested to save the personal profile; country is used for tailored support. This information must be accurate. Keep your credentials confidential and check what you add. The application invites you to review your profile every year. To have your account deleted, write to info@zelnest.com: deletion is carried out by Zelnest's administration and is described in the Privacy policy.

Free and paid Packs

The free Pack lets you manage cases and deadlines with no Pack quota and upload documents within the technical limits shown on the Pricing page (per file, per case and per account) and use AI within the limits on the Pricing page. Paid Packs extend those limits and features. Your rights depend on the Pack assigned to your account. Prices, periods and sales terms are set out below. Solo is a one-time purchase tied to a single case, with no subscription (Solo section).

Your content

Your documents, notes, letters and data remain yours. Upload only documents that you have the right to use. Zelnest uses them solely to provide the features you request, and does not publish them. The processing of personal data is described in the Privacy policy.

Lucie and artificial intelligence

Lucie, the analysis of a case, the preparation of letters and certain document readings use an artificial intelligence provider. Before sharing elements of your case with Lucie, the application displays the selected data and asks for confirmation; you can withdraw a saved choice. Answers may contain errors or lack context: review them with their sources.

Letters, mailbox and sending

Preparing a draft sends nothing. A letter or reply is sent only on your action, through your linked mailbox or Zelnest's configured server. Simulation mode records the message without sending it. You remain the author of, and responsible for, the content sent: review it before sending. When you link a mailbox, Zelnest reads the relevant messages in order to match replies and attachments to your cases; unknown senders are placed in quarantine. You can disconnect the mailbox at any time.

Deadlines, reminders and notifications

Reminders in the application and by email follow your settings. They add to your own vigilance: a deadline entered or read from a document may be inaccurate, so check it.

Use of the service

Do not use Zelnest to access another person's account, to disrupt the service or to upload documents that you do not have the right to use.

Availability and changes

A feature, a source or a channel may be unavailable; the interface then states what it knows and what remains to be done. Zelnest may change its features and the limits of the Packs. To report a difficulty, write to info@zelnest.com.

Liability

Zelnest is liable for its failures under the conditions provided by law. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes a liability that cannot be limited or excluded, nor the mandatory rights and statutory guarantees of the consumer. You remain responsible for the decisions you make, the documents you upload and the letters you send.

Complaints and mediation

Write to info@zelnest.com. The mediation options are set out in the Legal notice.

Seller

The Packs are offered by G&N Group srl, with registered office at Graaf Joseph de Meeusstraat 6, 3090 Overijse, Belgium, enterprise number 0834.137.246. For questions, withdrawal or complaints: info@zelnest.com.

Offers, prices and VAT

The applicable prices and limits are those published for the Pack on the Pricing page when the order is placed and summarised before payment: price excluding VAT, VAT rate and amount, price including VAT and any extra charges. With monthly billing, the monthly price is charged each month. With annual billing, the full annual amount is charged each year; a displayed ‘per month’ figure is only the annual total divided by twelve and does not mean twelve monthly instalments. Any stated saving compares twelve monthly payments with the annual price for the same Pack. Solo has one price per case, with no annual option. A change to an existing subscription's price is announced in advance, with an opportunity to refuse the next period.

Content of each Pack

The page for a Pack states the features included and their limits (number of cases using AI, documents read by AI, analyses, letters, questions to Lucie, discoveries of assistance). A feature not included in the Pack is not accessible with that Pack.

Order and confirmation

The customer chooses a Pack and, for a monthly or annual Pack, the billing period (for Solo, the case concerned), reviews the summary and can correct details before confirming. The final button clearly states the obligation to pay. Receipt of the order, contract confirmation on a durable medium, payment and activation of access are separate steps; paid rights are granted only after payment is confirmed. The summary and confirmation state the Pack, total price and, for a monthly or annual Pack, the period and next due date; for Solo, the case concerned, with no period or due date.

Payment

Pack payments are processed by Stripe. The payment form shows the methods actually accepted before confirmation; no method absent from that form is required. For a monthly or annual Pack, the charge is made on subscription and on each automatic renewal, for the chosen period and the total shown in the order summary. Solo is charged only once, for the total shown in the order summary, with no period and no renewal. Zelnest receives the information needed to manage the order and subscription, but not the full card number. A failed payment attempt does not grant new paid rights; the customer is informed and can update the payment method.

Duration, renewal and cancellation

Paid monthly or annual Packs (not Solo, which is not a subscription) run for one month or one year and automatically renew for the same period unless cancelled before the renewal date shown in the account. The price and date of the next charge are displayed before ordering and in subscription management. The customer cancels from the account (Pack section, button to cancel at the end of the period) and receives confirmation on screen and then by e-mail. Cancellation before the due date prevents renewal while paid access continues to the end of the current period, with no new charge. After a first automatic renewal, consumers retain their statutory right to cancel at any time without penalty, on no more than two months' notice; that right takes precedence over the ordinary end-of-period rule. The account then returns to the free Pack, with cases and documents retained under the Privacy policy.

Solo: one-time payment per case

Solo is not a subscription: it is paid once through Stripe Checkout, with no renewal, no automatic renewal and no later charge. The price excluding VAT, the VAT rate and amount and the price including VAT are those on the Pricing page, summarised before payment. Solo gives full use of Zelnest in the single case chosen at purchase, within four limits published on the Pricing page before payment and frozen when the order is placed: complete analyses or updates (counted together), questions to Lucie in that case, pages read by text recognition (OCR) and letters drafted with AI. These figures apply for as long as the case exists; a later change to the offer applies only to later purchases. When a limit is reached, only the action concerned stops; uploading, filing, reading replies received and sending what you write yourself remain available. Technical protections common to all Packs (file size, simultaneous processing, rate) may also refuse or delay an action; the application says so. Solo does not change your Pack or your other cases, cannot be transferred and does not apply to “Discover my aid” or to Lucie outside this case. End of the right: it lasts as long as the case exists in your account and ends with it, or on full refund of the order.

Solo withdrawal and refunds

A consumer may withdraw within fourteen calendar days of concluding the contract, without giving a reason, by sending a clear statement to info@zelnest.com. Today the Solo payment includes neither an express request to begin the service during the withdrawal period nor an agreement to lose that right: no loss of the right is therefore presumed, and using Solo does not remove it. According to the FPS Economy, for a service begun during the period, loss of the right of withdrawal depends on legal conditions, in particular the consumer's express request and, for total loss, full performance of the service (source). Refunds are made without undue delay and no later than fourteen days after receipt of the withdrawal, using the original payment method; a full refund ends the Solo right on that case.

Withdrawal and refunds

A consumer may withdraw without giving a reason within fourteen calendar days of concluding the contract, by sending a clear statement to info@zelnest.com or using the statutory model form. If service begins at the consumer's express request during that period, only the proportion of service actually supplied may be payable under the applicable law. Merely viewing the website or a pre-ticked box does not remove the right. Refunds due are made without undue delay and no later than fourteen days after the withdrawal notice, using the original payment method unless expressly agreed otherwise. Ordinary cancellation of an ongoing period does not remove this separate statutory right.

Access and statutory guarantees

Each Pack's functions and limits are those published before ordering. Faults or lack of conformity may be reported to info@zelnest.com. These terms do not restrict statutory guarantees and remedies for digital services and content or mandatory consumer rights.

Business customers

A person ordering for business purposes identifies that capacity when ordering. Consumer-only rules, including the fourteen-day withdrawal right, may then not apply. VAT and billing identity are summarised before payment; neither exemption nor reverse charge is assumed.

Complaints and mediation

For a complaint, write to info@zelnest.com. The mediation options are set out in the Legal notice.

Prominent automatic renewal notice

For a monthly or annual Pack, before any paid commitment, automatic renewal, its period and price, the last date for opposing it and the cancellation method are shown in bold in a separate box on the first page of the contract and repeated immediately before the payment button. The minimum commitment is the chosen period of one month or one year. After the first automatic renewal, consumers may cancel at any time without penalty on no more than two months' notice; any prepaid annual amount is handled under applicable mandatory rights.

Sample withdrawal notice

You may write to info@zelnest.com: ‘I withdraw from the contract for the Zelnest Pack [name], ordered on [date], for account [email address]. Name: [name]. Address: [address]. Date: [date].’ This sample is optional; any clear statement is enough. Keep a copy. Refunds and any payment for service already supplied follow the Withdrawal and refunds section.

Changes to the digital service

A change beyond what is necessary to keep the service in conformity requires a valid reason, must not add a charge and is clearly announced. If it has more than a minor negative effect on access or use, consumers receive advance notice on a durable medium and may use the statutory remedies, including ending the contract when applicable. Paid rights are not removed merely by changing the Pricing page.

Applicable law and disputes

Belgian law applies without depriving consumers of the mandatory protection of their country of residence. First write to info@zelnest.com to seek a solution; mediation routes are in the Legal notice. Jurisdiction is determined by applicable law; this page does not require a consumer to give up their lawful court.

Version and effective date

These terms apply from 27 October 2026. For each subscription or Solo purchase, the version communicated to the customer at order time governs, subject to mandatory rights; changes for a future period are announced beforehand.
