The situation
A date in a letter and a planned instalment tell you different things.
Due dates, payment plans and reminders
Follow your invoices and expenses, one-off or recurring, private or business. Zelnest shows you, year by year, what is paid, what remains to pay and the next due date.
An annual insurance policy, a monthly subscription and a one-off invoice need different schedules. You create an entry with its amount, first date and, where needed, recurrence and an end date. The annual view brings together upcoming due dates, instalments you marked as paid and amounts still open in your records. You can link a document or contact and keep supporting items in a case if the matter is disputed.
A date in a letter and a planned instalment tell you different things.
You record a due date or plan, the payments you declare and the points you want to follow.
Find the next date in your view and check it against the original document before acting.
An entry does not confirm a bank payment; reminders depend on settings and an available delivery channel.
Amount, rhythm, first date and, if you wish, the document and the supplier.
Total, already paid, remaining, overdue and next date, by group and category.
An accepted payment plan, instalments you mark as paid and an email reminder before a date.
You add an insurance renewal and a repair invoice due once. After making a payment yourself, you mark the instalment as paid. The view changes because of your entry; it does not read your bank account. You can review the invoice in Analysis before deciding what amount belongs in your records.
If the date or amount is unclear, check the invoice before entering it. Email reminders have separate preferences and require a configured sending service; this page does not promise that a message was received. Zelnest pays nothing, and a “paid” label is not bank evidence.
Once, weekly, monthly, quarterly, half-yearly or yearly, with an end date if needed.
Details you reuse for entries and letters.
A transfer QR code, after you have checked the bank details.
Zelnest makes no payment and cancels no contract. An instalment marked as paid is your statement, not bank proof.
