Nature of the service
Zelnest helps you organise cases, documents, letters and deadlines, read and translate documents, prepare questions and letters with the help of artificial intelligence, and discover possible forms of assistance in Belgium. Zelnest does not give individualised legal advice, does not represent anyone before an authority and does not replace a lawyer or any other professional. The details of the features are set out in the Terms of use.
Paid features
Paid Packs and their prices appear on the Pricing page. Ordering, payment, renewal and cancellation are covered by the General terms.
Hosting
The website and application are hosted on a VPS from Infomaniak Network SA; the database and files are on a dedicated volume, with a daily encrypted backup to Swiss Backup S3. The contact address receives email through the mail service provided by Infomaniak. Host details: Infomaniak Network SA, Rue Eugène-Marziano 25, 1227 Les Acacias (GE), Switzerland (official details).
Intellectual property
The texts, visuals, software and content specific to Zelnest are subject to the rights that apply to them. Your documents, notes and letters remain yours: Zelnest uses them only to provide the features you request, as described in the Privacy policy.
Reporting
To report content, an error or an accessibility difficulty, write to info@zelnest.com, stating the page concerned.
Complaints and mediation
For a complaint, write first to info@zelnest.com. A consumer who does not obtain a solution may contact the Consumer Mediation Service (Service de Médiation pour le Consommateur), the Belgian out-of-court dispute resolution service for consumer disputes, or another recognised body on the list published by the FPS Economy at economie.fgov.be. The rules of each body determine which disputes it accepts.
