Document analysis

Understand a document, then know what to do

Add a letter, invoice or contract as a PDF, photo, Word or Excel file. Zelnest reads the text, even on a photo, finds amounts, dates and references, then suggests questions to ask and a next step.

Understand a document while keeping the original.

A long invoice, a photographed letter or a contract may contain an amount, date and reference that need checking. You choose the file and the case where it belongs. Zelnest attempts to read the text page by page, then shows the details it found alongside the passages behind them. The original file remains available so you can compare the reading with the document you received.

The situation

A long invoice or photographed letter can make the date or reference you need hard to find.

What Zelnest shows

You choose the document and its case; Zelnest attempts to read the pages and links the details it finds to available passages.

Result and next step

Open the cited passage, compare it with the original and keep your question in the case before replying.

What to check

A blurred page may remain uncertain; a printed amount does not prove you owe it.

How it works

  1. 01

    Add the document

Drag it or choose it, then file it in a new case, an existing case or My due dates.

  2. 02

    Zelnest reads it

PDF text is taken as it is; a photo or scan is read optically, page by page.

  3. 03

    You see what matters

Type of document, parties, amounts, dates, points to check and a possible next step, with the original passages.

A practical example and something to check

Fictional example.

You add a repair invoice to a case called “Home repairs”. The report shows a printed total and a date mentioned in the document. You open the cited page, compare the line items and note a question about work you do not recognise. A total read from the page is information on the invoice, not proof that you owe it. You can keep the question in the case or prepare a letter after checking it.

When something is missing.

A blurred photo or a missing page may leave a reference uncertain and the reading incomplete. Return to the original and ask its sender for a clearer copy to keep alongside the first one. Zelnest does not decide whether an amount is valid or a legal deadline applies.

What you can do

Read available pages

See text extracted from readable pages. Missing or uncertain passages are flagged when detected; the original remains available for checking.

Flag doubts

An uncertain reading or an impossible date is flagged instead of being silently corrected.

Keep the original

The whole file stays viewable and downloadable, exactly as you received it.

What Zelnest does not do

A reading can contain errors, especially on a blurry photo. Zelnest does not say whether an amount is owed or whether a legal deadline applies. Compare with the original and ask a professional before an important decision.
