We want Zelnest's information pages and application to be easy to read, navigate by keyboard and use on a small screen. Several local journeys have been checked. Public journeys remain under review; we do not claim a WCAG 2.2 conformance level for the whole website and application.

If content, a button, a document or a step prevents you from using Zelnest, tell us the page, what you wanted to do and the difficulty through info@zelnest.com. You may ask for another way to obtain the information. Please do not attach a personal case file to an initial report.

Accessibility limits and available alternatives are reviewed from the reports we receive. This page assumes neither a legal exemption for Zelnest nor a successful full audit. It applies from 27 October 2026.
