Lucie, the AI assistant

Ask Lucie a question and stay in control

Lucie is designed to help examine information you choose to share. Check her answers against your documents and the sources.

Ask a question using items you choose to share.

You have a case and want to understand what an invoice or reply actually says. Before asking Lucie, you see the information selected for sharing and confirm your choice. A configured external AI service receives that authorised context to propose an answer; Zelnest also shows available passages and sources. You return to your documents to compare important wording. Permission may continue for the same conversation while its scope stays the same; you can withdraw it.

The situation

A question about your documents needs context without letting an answer decide for you.

What Zelnest shows

You choose what to share with Lucie and can review that choice; her answer uses the context you allowed.

Result and next step

Take the useful explanation, return to the cited documents and keep your next question in the case.

What to check

An AI answer may be incomplete or wrong; check the facts and applicable rules yourself.

How it works

  1. 01

    Choose information

In the application, you choose what to share for the conversation. That choice stays in place for later messages; new documents are not added automatically.

  2. 02

    Ask your question

Lucie uses the shared context to prepare an answer. Sometimes she may not be able to answer.

  3. 03

    Check the answer

An answer may be incomplete or wrong. Return to your documents and the sources before taking action.

A practical example and something to check

Fictional example.

In “Home repairs”, you ask which invoice items deserve a question to the supplier. You remove an unrelated document from the preview, confirm what to share and read the answer. You then check the amounts in the original before writing a letter yourself.

When Lucie cannot conclude.

If a page is unreadable, a source is missing or documents conflict, the answer may be incomplete or wrong. Ask for the missing item, check the source and consult a professional for an important decision. An answer is neither an official decision nor legal advice.

What you can do

Review sharing

The conversation lets you see the information that has been shared.

Withdraw sharing

You can withdraw permission in the case.

Follow the answer

Progress remains visible while the answer is being prepared.

What Zelnest does not do

Lucie does not replace a professional. Her answers are not legal or administrative decisions. Checking references does not guarantee a correct or complete answer.
